This Beef and Broccoli Ramen Noodle Stir Fry is super easy and delicious! Seasoned top sirloin thinly sliced, fresh broccoli in a rich stir fry sauce on a bed of Ramen noodles you are going to love.

1  Lb. Top Sirloin Steak, (very thin sliced strips cut against the grain)

1 Tsp. Black Pepper

½  Tsp. Onion Powder

1 Tbsp Cornstarch

2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

6-8 Tbsp. Olive Oil (divided)

1  Medium Onion (sliced)

3  Cups Broccoli Florets (fresh or frozen)

2  3oz. Packages Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning packets)

Stir Fry Sauce:

¾  Cups Beef Broth

2  Tbsp. Garlic (minced)

½  Tsp. Ground Ginger

3  Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1  Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce (optional)

¼  Cup Brown Sugar

1  Tsp. Rice Vinegar

2  Tbsp. Sesame Oil

1 ½  Tbsp. Cornstarch

In a medium bowl, add sliced beef, season with pepper and onion powder. Then add soy sauce and cornstarch and mix to coat the beef then set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix all of the stir fry sauce ingredients together and whisk until completely blended, then set aside.

Fill a pot ¾ full of water and bring to a boil.  Add ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes. Then drain and rinse with cool water and set aside.

In a large skillet on medium heat, add 3-4 Tbsp. olive oil.  Add onion and sauté until tender, then add in broccoli florets and sauté’ for another minute.  Add 2 Tbsp. water, cover and let the broccoli steam for about 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet on medium-high heat, add 3-4 Tbsp. olive oil, then add beef. Cook on one side about 3 minutes, then turn the beef to brown the other side (do not overcook, just long enough so beef is no longer pink).

Turn the heat back down to medium-low. Add the onion and broccoli back into the skillet with the beef.  Pour in the stir fry sauce and gently mix-together.  Let it simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Then add in the cooked, drained ramen noodles and gently mix with tongs until combined.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve this delicious, better than take-out stir fry…you are gonna love it!
