Crab Casserole

1 lb. of Crab Meat (or imitation crab meat)

1/2 Stick of Butter

1 Tbsp. Olive oil

1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic

1/4 Cup Sweet Onions (diced)

1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream

Splash of Red Wine

1 cup Parmesan Cheese (Fancy Shredded)

Ritz Crackers (Optional crumbled)


Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

In a skillet on medium heat, add butter and olive oil to melt.

Add onions and garlic and cook until soft.

Stir in heavy cream and sweet red wine. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.

Add flaked crab meat and mix together.

Pour in your baking dish (or ramekins) and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, let cool and serve.
