Granny’s Blueberry Pineapple Cobbler

Remember Granny’s Old Fashioned Blueberry Pineapple Cobbler? Who doesn’t love blueberries and pineapple… Anyone can make this simple classic cobbler recipe!



  • 1 Stick Salted Butter
  • 1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup fresh or Frozen Blueberries (thawed)
  • 1 15 oz. Can crushed Pineapple in its own Juice. (You can use tidbits or chunks also)
  • You may need to drain a little bit of the pineapple juice depending on the type.


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees In a 9 x 13 Baking Dish, add 1 stick of melted butter. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and Milk. Pour over melted butter in the baking dish, and do not stir. Then pour the blueberries and pineapple evenly over the top. Sprinkle some sugar over the top. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Let cool for 10-15 minutes then serve with whipped cream or your favorite vanilla Ice cream!
