Pork and Pineapple Kabobs Recipe

You all know how much Steve loved to grill! Here is one of his best recipes for grilled pork and pineapple kabobs. You will love the homemade marinade and the sauce!

Pork and Pineapple Kabobs

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1 tbsp. garlic powder

Sweet and Sour Sauce:

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix 2 tbsp of water with 1 tbsp cornstarch (then pour in)

1/2 tsp. black pepper



Add all ingredients, bring to a high simmer then cool down completely.

Pour over cubed pork, cover and chill in the fridge minimum 3 to 4 hours or overnight.

Slice veggies.

Put meat then veggies “of your choice” on a skewer!

Brush with olive oil and seasoning on veggies. (We used Dash seasoning)

Cook on the grill at 350 degrees until done.


During the last 5 to 7 minutes of cooking brush on 

sweet and sour sauce.
