Garlic Shrimp in Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Raw Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Heaping Tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flake
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Shotgun Red’s “Touch of Sweet” Wine

Instructions

  1. In a skillet on medium heat, add Olive oil and melt the butter. Add in minced garlic and let it cook for a minute or two.
  2. Add in the raw shrimp, then paprika, lemon juice, red pepper, and parsley flakes. Let the shrimp cook for about 3 to 4 minutes flipping them a couple of times as they cook until they are done.
  3. Then add the secret ingredient of Shotgun Red’s “Touch of Sweet” Wine.
  4. Serve with your favorite side and some delicious garlic bread.
