Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon

If you’re looking for a unique and fantastic salmon dish, then you need to try easy Honey Sriracha Salmon! This dish is sure to please, with its rich and flavorful flavors. Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Fresh Salmon
  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Old Bay Fish Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Honey Sriracha Sauce **See Notes
  • Fresh Lemon (juice and slices)
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place the fresh salmon skin side down into a pre-greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle some garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning on to the salmon.
  4. Place it uncovered into the oven and bake it for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven, baste it with the Honey Sriracha sauce, and coat it evenly over the top and sides. Then place it back into the oven for about five more minutes.
  6. Serve it over a bed of rice along with your favorite veggies. You can also drizzle a little bit more of the sriracha honey sauce on top, along with a little squeeze of lemon juice and some lemon slices.  Wait until you try it. It’s delicious!

Notes

**If you can’t find Honey Sriracha Sauce, you can make your own by using 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce, 3 Tablespoons of Sriracha Sauce, 2 Tsp of minced garlic, and a 1/4 cup of honey.
