One pan Philly Cheese Steak

Make this Easy one-pan Philly Cheesesteak skillet recipe in under 30 minutes!

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef (85/15)
  • 1 Medium Sweet Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Medium Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 cup Large Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 Slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet on medium heat, add olive oil, then add bell pepper and onion. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until they are tender. Move it to one side of the skillet. Add lean ground beef, mushrooms, and garlic. Cover and cook until the beef is brown. Combine the beef with the vegetables, then add seasonings.
  2. Then add elbow macaroni, beef broth, and heavy cream. Mix, then reduce the heat to medium low, cover, and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the macaroni are done.
  3. Mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until it is melted. Top with slices of provolone cheese, cover and remove from the heat. Once the provolone cheese is melted, serve and enjoy this one pan dish!

Notes

Optional: Add a Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce to the ground beef.
