Slow Cooker Chili Mac

Chili Mac Recipe

If you love crockpot recipes, then you will love this hearty old-fashioned classic Chili Mac Recipe. It is super easy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Sweet Onion (diced)
  • 2 Tsp. Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Can Chili Beans in Chili Sauce
  • 1 Can Red Kidney Beans (drained)
  • 1 Can Tomatoes (crushed)
  • 1 Can Tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cumin
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Package(16oz) Large Elbow Macaroni Pasta (uncooked)

 

Toppings:

  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. In a skillet on medium-high heat, add olive oil, onion, and minced garlic. Then add ground beef, and Worcestershire sauce and cook until browned.
  2. Pour the ground beef mixture into the crockpot. Add in seasoning, tomatoes, chili beans, kidney beans, and beef broth. Mix together then program the crockpot to 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low. 
  3. Add uncooked pasta into the crockpot mixing it into the sauce. Cover and let it cook for 15 minutes and it’s done. Be sure to turn the crockpot off so the pasta does not overcook and become mushy.
  4. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese, and serve with your favorite bread. Enjoy!
