  • 3 10.5oz. Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Water + 1 Tsp. Chicken Bouillon (granulated)
  • 2 cups Quick-Cooking Rice (uncooked)
  • 4 cups Chicken (pre-cooked /shredded)
  • 1 1/2 Sleeves Buttery Crackers (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
  • Garnish:
  • Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Sour Cream
  • Buffalo Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add cream of chicken soup, water, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and chicken bouillon, then mix it together.
  3. Then stir in the rice, then add the shredded chicken. Stir the creamy mixture together until the chicken is completely coated. Spread the chicken mixture into a pre-greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Then in a small bowl, add butter crackers and drizzle the melted butter over them. Mix together until they are evenly coated. Sprinkle the crushed butter crackers evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 40-50 minutes, or until you see the edges of the casserole start to bubble and the top starts to brown.
  6. Garnish with the parsley and sour cream, and if you like a little more heat, add some more buffalo sauce and enjoy this flavorful casserole!
