  • 2 Cups Quick-Cooking Rice (uncooked)
  • 4 Cups Chicken (pre-cooked /shredded)
  • 1½ Sleeves Buttery Crackers (crushed)
  • ¼ Cup Butter (melted)

Garnish:

  • Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Sour Cream
  • Buffalo Sauce

STEP ONE:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
