Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 Chicken Thighs (we used boneless skinless)
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (100% pure)
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken in a deep baking pan. Season the chicken thighs. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and uncover the chicken. Transfer the juice from the chicken pan and place it in a separate bowl. Pour the 100% pure maple syrup into the bowl and mix it together.
  4. With a meat syringe, inject each piece of chicken with the juice from the bowl. Pour the remaining juice from the bowl over the top of the chicken and place it back into the oven uncovered for 15 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
  5. Remove chicken from the oven and baste it two to three times again with the juice from the pan. Let it rest for about 10 minutes, then serve with your favorite side dishes. It’s so flavorful and juicy you won’t want to bake chicken any other way again!
