6 White Fish Fillets (your choice)

3 Eggs

2 Tbsp. Milk

2 Cups Parmesan Cheese (finely shredded)

½ Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

½ Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper

1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning

1 Tsp. Lemon Pepper

Non-stick cooking spray

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 White Fish Fillets (your choice)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk
  • 2 Cups Parmesan Cheese (finely shredded)
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Pepper
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, add eggs and milk then whisk together.  In a separate shallow bowl, mix together the shredded and grated Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Then dip each fish fillet in the egg mixture, then dredge each fillet in the shredded Parmesan cheese mixture.
  3. Place the fillets on a greased baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown and the fish is flaky.
  4. Serve on a bed of rice and some mixed veggies. Garnish with lemon slices and serve with tartar sauce. Enjoy!
