What you need to make this Butter Pecan Cheesecake:

2 8oz. Packages Cream Cheese (softened)

1 Cup Granulated White Sugar

3 Tbsp. Sour Cream

2 Eggs (lightly beaten)

2 Tbsp. Butter Flavoring

1 Tsp. Vanilla

¾ Cups Chopped Pecans

1 Ready to Use 10-inch Graham Cracker Crusts

Toppings:

Chopped Pecans

Caramel Sauce

Whipping Cream

How to make Butter Pecan Cheesecake:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, granulated white sugar, and sour cream. Blend together using an electric hand mixer for about 1 minute. Add eggs, butter flavoring, and vanilla, and blend together for about 4 minutes. Then, fold in the chopped pecans. 
  2. Pour the filling into the ready-to-use graham cracker crust. Place in the oven and bake at 300 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes or until golden brown around the outside edge of the filling. Remove from the oven, place on a wire rack, and let cool. 
  3. Then, place in the refrigerator for several hours. Serve and sprinkle with chopped pecans, drizzle with caramel sauce and a dollop of whipping cream and enjoy!
