Buttermilk Chicken Wings in Air Fryer

Air Fryer Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

8  Chicken Wing Pieces (wingettes & drumettes)

1  Cup Whole Buttermilk

1  Cup All-Purpose Flour

½  Packet Ranch Seasoning Mix (about 4 tsp.)

1  Tsp. Salt

1  Tsp. Pepper

1  Tbsp. Paprika

1  Tsp. Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Nonstick Cooking Spray

Instructions

Pour buttermilk into a shallow bowl.  In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, Ranch seasoning mix, salt, pepper, and paprika.  Dip each of the wing pieces into the buttermilk, then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture and place on a rack and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.  Place wing pieces in a single layer in the basket.  Cook at 360 to 370 degrees for 10 minutes.  Then lightly spray both sides of the wings with nonstick cooking spray.  Turn them over and continue to cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
