How to make Grilled Sirloin Tip Roast:

In a measuring cup or bowl, add coarse salt, garlic powder, red pepper, paprika, onion powder, rosemary Italian seasoning, and olive oil to make a wet rub ingredients and mix them together. Rub it onto both sides of the roast including the sides and let set for about 15 min.

 

Heat up the grill to 350 degrees.

Place the roast in away from direct flame. Shut the lid and cook for about 15-20 min, then turn it over.

 

Continue to cover and cook for another 10 min then baste with butter on both sides. Keep away from the flame to prevent charring.

Make sure the internal temp reaches.130 to 135 degrees,

Remove from the grill then place a large square of tin foil and cover the roast creating a hood over it and let it sit for 15 minutes. The roast will continue to cook and this will help to retain the juices.

Then slice thin against the grain and serve it with your favorite sides.
