INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp.  Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • ½ Tsp. Pepper
  • ½ Tsp. Paprika
  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken (shredded)
  • ¾ Cup Celery (finely chopped)
  • ¼ Cup Shaved Almonds
  • ½ Cup Red Onion (diced)
  • ½ Cup Bacon (cooked, diced)
  • 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Sour Cream Ruffles Potato Chips (crumbled to bite size pieces)

How to make this recipe:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together chicken, seasonings, celery, onion, lemon juice, bacon, shaved almonds, mayonnaise, and sour cream.

Fold in 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese and set it aside. Reserve 1/3 for the topping.

Unroll one room temperature pie crust and press it into the pie dish. If using a deep pie dish, you can use the other pie crust to add some additional dough to make fluted edges.
