Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 package of Boneless Skinless Chicken tenders (about 8 strips)
  • 3/4 cup Corn Flour
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose Flour 3 Eggs (whisked)
  • 2 cups Corn Flakes (Crushed)
  • 3 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. You will need three different bowls. In bowl #1 mix both corn flour and white flour together and lightly season with salt and pepper.
  3. In bowl # 2 whisk 3 eggs. In bowl #3 add your crushed corn flakes. You can crush the corn flakes in a large Ziplock bag using a rolling pin. Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken tenders. Take each piece of chicken and dredge both sides in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg and finally roll in the crushed corn flakes. Make sure to pat down the corn flakes so they stay on chicken.
  4. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (Not Wax Paper). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then gently flip them over and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Melt butter, then add in your honey and mix them together (Do not heat honey, let the butter warm it up). Flip the chicken back over again and drizzle each chicken tender with honey butter. Bake one to two more minutes and then remove from the oven. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
