Sweet Creamy Coleslaw Ingredients:

  • 3½ Cups Cabbage (chopped thin)
  • (or pre-packaged coleslaw mix)
  • 1 Carrot (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
  • Coleslaw Dressing:
  • 2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ Cup Sweet Vidalia Onions (finely diced)
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper (or more to taste)

How to make homemade creamy coleslaw:

In a large bowl, add cabbage, carrots, and cherry tomatoes, then set aside.

In a separate bowl, add mayonnaise, onions, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, and whisk together until smooth and creamy.

Pour the coleslaw dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss together until everything is evenly coated. 

Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for an hour or more, then serve!
