Ingredients

Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • Sweet and Sour Sauce:
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Mix 2 tbsp of water with 1 tbsp cornstarch (then pour in)
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

Marinade:

  1. Add all ingredients, bring to a high simmer then cool down completely.
  2. Pour over cubed pork, cover and chill in the fridge minimum 3 to 4 hours or overnight. 
  3. Slice veggies. Put meat and then veggies “of your choice” on a skewer. Brush with olive oil and seasoning on veggies. (We used Dash seasoning)
  4. Cook on the grill at 350 degrees until done. During the last 5 to 7 minutes of cooking brush on sweet and sour sauce.
