In this cucumber onion and tomato salad recipe, you’ll get to enjoy the deliciousness of cucumbers and tomatoes in a fresh and flavorful salad. This salad is easy to make and perfect for a summer meal!

How to make cucumber tomato and onion salad:

Start by peeling the cucumbers then slicing them. Then slice the onions and cherry or grape tomatoes. In a large mixing bowl, add cucumbers, onions, cherry tomatoes and finely chopped dill.

In a separate bowl, add water, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix it together well, then pour over salad and toss until everything is coated well.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Cucumbers (peeled leaving strips of green, and sliced)
  • 1 Sweet Vidalia Onion (cut in half and thinly sliced)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Fresh Dill

Salad Dressing:

  • 1/2 Cup Cold Water
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar

Instructions
